Quality Foods in Proper Quantity

What food we put in this body does make a difference. The Bible says that we should praise Him because we are "fearfully and wonderfully made" (Psalm 139:14). It is amazing what this body can do with proper care. I am not going to tell you what to eat and what not to eat but I will share what the apostle Paul said in I Corinthians 6:12 “Everything is permissible for me," but not everything is helpful. "Everything is permissible for me,” but I will not be brought under the control of anything. (HCSB). Let's focus on quality and quantity in our food choices. It is certainly permissible for me to choose to hydrate my body with a high sugar beverage but it would be much more beneficial to my body to hydrate with H2O. I have a lot to do today so I am choosing what will benefit me and the Kingdom in the long run. Quality foods in proper quantity, quality foods in proper quantity ... yes I can remember that!
