Tracking Works


Let's talk about food tracking.  Weight loss has been studied since the 1940's and there is no more effective way to focus on healthy eating than tracking what you eat.   Tracking with consistency is the key.  It does not matter if you use the FP4H Live It Tracker, an app like My Fitness Pal or a paper towel.  Success comes in the process of tracking.  Several things happen.  We start to realize what we are and are not eating.  We start to realize that some foods have more value than others--caloric and nutritional value.  We are no longer engaged in mindless eating.  Eating must have a Godly purpose.  As we continue with our Quiet Time and tracking our food, He will reveal it to us.
