News from the FP4H Office!

There is so much going on here in Houston! Carole Lewis has bought a new home in Houston (many of you know she lost her home in Hurrican Ike). She's doing some renovating and will move in during the next couple of weeks. The First Place 4 Health offices are moving too! Watch for an address change soon. We plan to move in the next couple of months.

We had a staff planning meeting and this is what's coming your way:
  • Leadership Summit in Houston ~ Full day of fun, leadership training, good food, great speakers, conga line and so much more (Yes, I did say conga line. You'll have to show up to find out for sure!). We will have a musical concert and awesome speaker, Jennie Afman Dimkoff, on Friday night and Saturday we will head to Carole Lewis' bay property after lunch and stay until sundown. Boating, swimming, games, kayaking, card playing and, if you dare, a ride on the famous Triple Dare are planned.
  • Wellness Retreat in Round Top, Texas ~ A week of delicious healthy food, exercise for every fitness level, motivational speakers, Bible study and lots and lots of porch time. Come sit on the porch with us in Texas!
  • Wellness Weekend in Round Top, Texas ~ For those that can't get away for a whole week, come join us for the weekend!
  • Hope 4 You events all over the country ~ Kentucky, Louisiana, Ohio, Virginia & Sacramento!
  • FP4H Accessories ~ Watch for lots of great new accessories coming soon!

So much excitement as we head into Spring! Come see us!

I keep a blog as a journal of my weight loss. Is is called REAL FAT: www.wearelosingitblog.blogspot.com

Just wanted to share with you my story and give God praise for His healing work in my life.
